The material about influence of genetic system on food choice are presents in this article. Chemical ingredients which determine the sensory characteristics of foodstuffs, promote changes in DNA, in gene expression and cell protein synthesis. The social factors also influence on food selection. The study of dependence of food selection from genetic system is an actual problem of nutrihenomica.
