FEEDING OF CENTENARIANS UKRAINE

It is studied features of an actual food at 36 long-livers-twins of Ukraine which not only have lived to this old age, but also have the relatives who have lived to age of long-livers. A food was studied by a method of the daily reproduction, recommended for epidemiological researches.
It is established, that a food of long-livers of Ukraine is characterised by dairy-vegetative orientation, deprived practically all basic alimentary risk factors of development age dependent pathology, meets modern requirements gerodietetics, creates certain preconditions to preservation to health and longevity.
