ORIGINAL RESEARCHS EXPERIENCE OF PREVENTION IODINE DEFICIENCY DISEASES IN ENDEMIC. AREA OF UKRAINEÎ.D. Petrenko, Y.Ì. Pisarenko The article contains the results obtained during the performance of iodine prophylaxis with dietary additives with sea algae enriched with iodine, complex of microelements and vitamines among children of school age. It was followed by checking the thyroid volume in children with goiter and statistically significant reducing of thyroid volume of all examined children, increasing the median urinary iodine concentration. The psychosomatic status of these children became better and their morbidity was decreased. |
