THE REGULLARITIES OF NUTRITIONAL DISORDERS AND ROLE OF DIETARY CORRECTION IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF THE PATIETS WITH CHRONIC CHOLECYSTITIS AND APPEARANCES OF SLUDGE-PHENOMENUM IN COMBINATION WITH URATIC DIATHESIS

The peculiarities of appearance of sludge-phenomenum in gall-bladder and uratic diathesis had been investigated in 236 patients with chronic cholecystitis. The high frequency of those combination had been revealed. There are common causes in development of these states. The determining factors are considerable temporal and qualitative violations in nutrition, especially deficiency of liquors, fruit, vegetable, pectinal components in diet and hypodynamia. The rehabilitation of these patients with application of dietary corrections, hepatoprotectal, bile-expelling, diuretic and laxative phytotherapeutic remedies improves the distant results of treatment.
