ARSEN IN FOOD AND NUTRITION AND ITS TOXICITY

The article outlines the data about arsenium content in the foodstuffs and the diets of Ukrainian population as well as other European and US citizens. The sources of arsenium in flow into the environment and human organism, the symptoms of arsenium toxicity and possible restrictions of its entrance into the human organism are characterized in the article.
