In this article the datae about structural and functional peculiarities of erytrocytes of 136 patients with metabolic syndrome are represented. Determined that use of the diet wich contains reduced level of carbo-hydrate and enriched with aminoacids, lecithin, vitamins, and antioxidants make for lowering of weight promote and standardization of structural and functional state erytrocytes.
