L.I. Vlasyk, A.L. Kucharchuk, L.I. Dovganiuk

In experiments on 30 albino nonlinear male rats with a weight 0,16—0,18 kg the doserelated disorder of kidney functional status was detected against the background of low dose 131I incorporately injected. The destructive influence of 131I on proximal and distal sodium reabsorbtion was defined, that provoke the development of hyponatremia in 2 weeks after radioiodine in dose 4 MBk/kg injection.
