THE MECHANISMS OF INTOXICATIONS INDUCED SCLERODERMIA I.M. Serbina The role of exogenous factors of different genesis including industrial factors as well as drug and non-drug ones in induced sclerodermia development is discussed. The possible influence mechanisms of those agents on fibrosis formation, immunity and microcirculation conditions are listed. It's proved that pathological processes forming is possible because of trigger exogenous, genetical and immune factors correlation. The neccesity of ethiological factors definition in pathients with sclerodermia, preventive arrangement creating, risk groups picking out, dispensary observation of industrial businesses staff with the threat of disease development is emphasized. |
