Matviyenko It has conducted a test of toxicological properties of the new woundhealing ointment "Prolidoxid". As a result of the investigation of strong and specific toxicology the preparation is not practically toxicological by mouth incoming and it does not show toxicological properties on one time skin infliction, it does not have an allergic effect. On prolonged employment ointment "Prolidoxid" does not show dermatological effect and does not influence on organs of life's functions of the rat organism. Taking into account the result of conducting tests of toxicological properties of ointment "Prolidoxid" and its high pharmacological effect of the preparation, it can be recommended for further investigating in clinic. |
