Obtained and tested for their radioprotective features werebiopolymer complexes of plant foodstaffs such as bran, bagasse, orange and lemon peels, grape seeds cake, lucerne and composite additives on the basis of lucerne enriched by microelements, vitamins, yeast and brewer's yeast. In experiments in vivi on radionuclides - Caesium and Strontium accumulation and elimination the additives showed their radioprotective action. Due to this action rats had only 8,4 % of radioactive Caesium (control group 16 %) and 9,5 % of radioactive Strontium (control group 21 %).
