MULTI-COMPONENT BLENDS ON THE BASIS OF ALKILPOLYPHOSPHATES INFLUENCE ON GENERATIVE FUNCTION OF WARM-BLOODED ANIMALS

It was investigated gonadotoxic and embryotoxic action of multi-component blends on the basis alkilpolyphosphates (FTEA, TEA-sintaphop-7, Polyphos-124 Tm) on the white Wistar rats. Doses of 1/10, 1/100 and 1/1000 DL₅₀ were used. It was determined changes of spermatozoa functional activity and spermatogenesis were on the level of general toxic action limits for test substances, i.e. it was not elicited specific action on generative function of warm-blooded animals. In all cases limit dose was determined on the level of 1/100 DL₅₀, uneffect — 1/1000 DL₅₀.
