IMMUNE REACTIVITY OF THE RATS ORGANIZM AT CHRONIC ACTION OF THE CYCLOPHOS

It`s shown, that at peroral chronic influence on an organizm of Wistar rats man the organophosphorous insectoacaricide cyclophos, 40% e.c. expressed anticholinesterase effect and immunotoxic action. As cyclophos collects in thymus and spleen it`s immunotoxicity can be connected to direct action on the immunocompetent cells. Infringements of immune system of an organizm are kept longer, than anticholinesterase effect. At immunization of the rats, which received cyclophos in doses 6,3 and 0,63 mg/kg (6 mounth) the immune answer to additional influence of an antigene — ram`s erythrocytes is depressed. At an estimation of threshold levels of harmful action of cyclophos the parameters of a status of immune system are criterialy significant.
