INFLUENCE OF METHYL-BIS-(b-CHLORETHYL)-AMINE AND DERIVATIVES OF 2-METHYL-6-OXYCHROMAN ON NUCLEIC ACIDS, HISTONES AND LIPIDS CONTENTS IN RATS OVARIES

As a result of experiments it was shown that embiquine (0,4 mg/kg b.w., single introduction) could cause changes in chromatin nucleic acids and histones contents and also in rat ovary homogenate lipids contents. Prophylactic use of vitamin E (15 mg/kg) and its derivative (10 mg/kg) at these conditions caused partial normalizing of all investigated parameters.
