INFLUENCE OF DICHLORDIVINYLPHOSPHATE ON HEPATOCYTE PLASMALEMMA STRUCTURE

O.I. Lebed

The mode of influence of dichlordivinylphosphate on hepatocyte plasmalemma structure was studied by fluorescence methods using its own fluorescence, fluorescence probes (ANS, pyren) as well as phenomena of induction-resonance transmission of energy between luminophore groups of proteins and probes. It was shown that by action of this phosphoroorganic compound on external membrane of hepatocytes was observed the loosing of membrane proteins which did not involved hydrophobe nucleus of macromolecule and decrease of their plunging in lipid matrix. Moreover, the changes of physical parameters of lipid bilayer were registered which included a decrease in polarity and microviscosity of its hydrophobe zones.
