Dear colleagues,

On behalf of Organizing Committee and personally me, it is my honor to invite you to participate in the international scientificconference "Actual problems of toxicology. Safe of human environment", dedicated to 100-years anniversary of Professor Levko Medved, which will be held in Kyiv, October 1—3, 2005. Organizing Committee prepares scientific program, which will include plenary lections, oral reports and poster section, discussions.

A famous scientist and founder of the new field of preventive medicine — hygiene and toxicology of pesticides and polymers, L.I. Medved was extraordinary and talented person. In this year Institute of Ecohygiene and Toxicology named by L.I. Medved celebrate the 100-years anniversary of its founder and first director.

Scientific program of Conference will include such topics as Preventive Toxicology, Clinical Toxicology, Military Toxicology, Hygiene and Analitical Chemistry.

ABSTRACTS INSTRUCTIONS

Conference participants may prepare more than one abstract and may be co-authors of other abstracts. Instructions for abstracts are given as follows:

Abstracts are to be sent in Organizing Committee by E-mail: utox@medved.kiev.ua
— Any abstract should be printed in Ukrainian, English or Russian (by one of given) with single space.
— Information, which is obligatory in abstract: title, authors (presenting author is marked by *, institution, city.
— Abstract size: one sheet А4. Font — Times New Roman 12 points.
— Tables, schemes, figures, references may be included into abstract (not desirable), but must be present in given margins of abstracts.
— Don't use abbreviations without their earlier description in text.
Original abstracts, which are sent by mail, are accompanied with diskette with your file in one envelope. Sent them into the Secretariat not later than August 31, 2005. Foresee time for sending, don't send abstracts by fax.

ABSTRACTS PRINTING

Abstracts will be printed in Abstract Book, containing all selected abstracts, both oral and poster presentations, that will be included into Program. Conference participants will receive Abstract Book with Conference materials during registration.
