The compounding and a new technology of getting aqueous-alcoholic extractions from original phytocompositions "Herbs' aroma" and "Forest balsam" (two variants) for nonalcoholic drinks' preparation were worked out. Many-component phytocompositions consist of pharmacopeia herbs which aren't antagonists either by their chemical composition or by pharmacological action. They complement each other exponentiating the action of the bioactive substances included in them (vitamins, flavonoids, organic acids, pectine, terpene, essential oils, glycoside, chlorophyll, macro-, micro elements etc.) Medico-biologic assessment of extractions which includes determination of chemical composition, toxicity animal studies, revelation of possible allergenic, immunomodulatory characteristics, mutagenic activity, influence on reproductive function (gonadotoxic, embryotoxic and teratogen actions) permitted us to conclude that the phytocompositions are safe. Morphological research of animals' viscera gives all grounds to suppose that the phytocompositions have a protective influence upon structure functional state of cellular membranes and stimulative impact on immune structures of digestive system, spleen and thymus.
