MILK IS AN INDICATION SUBJECT OF CHLORORGANIC PESTICIDES TOXIC LOAD ON MAN

The analysis of milk and milk product samples on COP content (p,p'-DDT and its derivatives, isomers HCCH) has been done. It has been determined that the daily possible amount of these substances entering the human organism with milk products had not exceeded the maximum acceptable level for people (0,05 mg/kg) and for baby nourishment (0,01 mg/kg). In comparison with the levels existed 10 years ago the decrease of pesticides content in milk has been defined. It is stipulated by the pollution reduction of the environment by COP remnants. Finally, it has been concluded that cow milk is an indicator of toxic COP load on man.
