CARBON DIOXIDE EXTRACTION AS A BASIS FOR CREATION OF FUNCTION FOOD

The article is dedicated to usage of carbon dioxide extracts from vegetative raw for creation of function food. The carbon dioxide extraction is selected as the way of withdrawal of biological active materials from vegetative raw. The raw for extraction is selected too. The process of extraction, its parameters, the extracts, wastage of extraction are investigated.
