TOXIC EFFECTS OF FOOD ADDITIVES

The various aspects of toxicity of food additives are discussed. It has been show, that many food additives changes structure and function intestinal tract, cause to disturbance of oxidant reactions in mitochondrias and have mutagenic, cancerogenic, neuro-, immuno-, embryotoxic, allergenic and pyrogenic effects.
