The existent system of estimation and regulation of content of radionuclides in accordance with modern ideology of radiological protection and accordance to the metrology requirements is analysed. The row of suggestions in relation to development of new sanitary norms of maintenance of radionuclides ¹³⁷Cs and ⁹⁰Sr in foodstuffs is born.
