FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS FOR OLD PEOPLE

The monitoring of an actual meal of the people of the elderly in Ukraine, testifies to deficiency and disbalans many biologically active component in food, that entails deterioration of their health. That is why so urgent business is today development of the scientific approaches to development of new functional products, which, for a type medical rehabilitation therapy, would render the expressed biological effect on organism of the growing old man.

The special attention is deserved by products on a dairy basis, in particular, lactic acid of a nature. In epydemiological researches in regions of longevity were allocated microflora, which were used in creation new milk acid products (Gerolakt, Laktogerovit), the technology of enrichment of products by vitamins, mineral elements is developed. The wide inclusion them in structure of used products of a feed will be, undoubtedly to promote increase of potential of health of the population of Ukraine.
