ORIGINAL RESEARCHS FEATURES OF THE USE OF FATS BY PERSONS WITH THE HIGH ARTERIAL PRESSURE ACCORDING TO DATA OF POPULATIONAL RESEARCHN.V. Davydenko The standardized epidemiological examination of unorganized population (n=1995 persons) in age 18—64 years with the determination of group with arterial hypertension (АH=33,9%) was carried out. The features of nutrition and consumption of fats different on chemical composition by persons with AH and without AH was studied. There is a disbalance of the nutrition among the patients with AH on the basic food matters and the feed contains more of fats, especially animal fat and cholesterol. The patients with AH use reliably anymore saturated fatty acids and less polyunsaturated fatty acids especially w-3 and w-6 fatty acids, as compared to persons without AH. The frequency of the AH is increased with the increase of level use of fats. The same nutritional disorders among unorganized populations and the patients with high blood pressure prove the necessity of undertaking national measures to improve the nutrition. |
