METHODICAL APPROACH FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF ADULTERATED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Methodical approach es have presented for the identification of adulterated alcoholic beverages. The approach is based on the identification of substantives native to red grape,elder-berries, red beet, sugar colour and so on by means of high-performance liquid chromatography with photo-diode array and mass spectrometric detection.
