"No Rinse Application" technology allows to disinfect food processing industry equipment without final water rinsing. A series of studies was performed to determine the possibility of using chemicals Р-3 Oxonia Active® and Р-3 Oxonia Active 150® in this technology with beer brewing and dairy processing equipment. Toxicological characteristics of these chemicals are presented. Types of equipment to which "No Rinse Application" technology can be applied are determined.
