The discovery of human henome sequences, henomic, proteomic and metabolomic developments increased a conceptual basis of nutriology and promoted of origin of new henomic-proteomic paradigm in which physiological requirements in energy and nutrients has integral reflection of henome participation in hene expression, in cellular metabolism. Enzime biosynthesis start up a cellular metabolism. Henome control of chemical composition of food realized with the help of enzymes and cophactors of proteomic level.
