The standardized epidemiological examination of unorganized population of Poltava, Ivano-Francivsk and Cherkassy regions (n=879 persons) between the ages of 18–64 years old with the study of features of actual nutrition structure, deviations from the norms of physiological necessity, exposure of distinctive features of rations of men and women living in rural areas and implementation of comparative estimation of nutrition structure between the population of rural and urban areas, has been carried out.
