Effective treatment of disbacteriosis can be achieved by inclusion of medical-dictary products, based on milk acid bacteria and bifidobacteria into ration of nutrition.

Microbiological researches of 12 trade marks of yoghurts have revealed large amount of extraneous microflora, including yeast, and small amount or absence of bifidobacteria, particulary in bio-yoghurts. At the same time, according to advertising, the latters play the main role in sanitation of the human organism.
