HYGIENIC ESTIMATION OF NUTRITION STATUS OF POPULATION WHICH LIVES IN A ZONE OF AN EXTREME ECOLOGICAL SITUATION AND MEASURES OF IMPROVEMENT ITS HEALS

The received data allow to draw a conclusion, that for improvement of health children's and adult population which lives in a zone of an extreme ecological situation, it is necessary to maintenance of them with foodstuffs according to norms of physiological requirements for the basic food substances and energy. Taking into account deviations in health testify to presence vitamin deficiency and significant reduction in immunity it is necessary to include in diet products of high biological value, vitamins, minerals, etc.

Maintenance of children and teenagers such feed in areas of an extreme ecological situation is possible only under condition of the organized feed in collectives (schools, preschools, etc.)
