RESIDUES OF PESTICIDES IN FOOD.THE ESTIMATION OF RISK

In this paper the necessity of the elaboration and the inculcation in Ukrain the system of monitoring for residues of pesticides in food are discussed. The main elements of the program of the monitoring are formulated.The inculcation system of monitoring to allow to estimate of the real risk for the population of Ukrain which stipulated of residues of pesticides in food.
