NUTRITION PECULIARITIES AND PROBLEMS IN DIETARY PREVENTION OF RISK FACTORS OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES

Investigation of nutrition features in male and female Ukrainian population. Nutrition features were studied in random samples by "daily reproduction" method during 20 years.

Analysis of nutrition features has discovered unfavourable alterations the balance of main nutritional substances. Lowering of complex carbohydrates, cellulose, increase of animal fats and cholesterol.

The nutritional disorders are more evident in persons with risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. Nutrition features studies are indespensible for conduction of prophylactic measures.
