THE HYGIENIC DEMANDS TO THE PRODUCTS, WHICH ARE INTENDED FOR THE NUTRITION OF CHILDREN'S POPULATION IN UKRAINE

It is offered to concretize the term "the children's nutrition" as products of the children's feed: for children of first six months of a life; for children from six months till 1 year; for children from 1 year till 3 years; products for children of preschool age (from 3 till 6 (7)years); products for children's nutrition in preschool educational establishments; products for children's nutrition of school age (from 6 (7)) years till 18 years); products for nutrition of children in school educational institutions; specialized food-stuffs for children: for dietary and dietetic therapy (in view of age and kind of disease); for children, who study in specialized (choreographic, sports, etc.) educational institutions; biologically active additives (vitamin, mineral complexes, etc.) It allows to specify criteria of requirements to quality, food value, safety of products, and also to technology of their manufacture, packing, marks, transportation, preservations and consumption depending on physiological and biochemical features of a children's organism, etc.
