THE METHODICAL APPROACHES TO THE STUDYING OF THE NUTRITION STATUS OF POPULATION, INCLUDING CHILDREN'S NUTRITION, IN THE MODERN CONDITIONS

Studying of the food status of the children's population, including organized population, with the purpose of a scientific substantiation and development of actions on its optimization, should be carried out with the use of the unified methods of research, which allow to study actual nutrition, including the quantity and quality of consumed food-stuffs, etc. According to these unified methods of research we can talk about quality of a feed including influence of seasonal, economic and other factors on it. We can also study health parameters (anthropometrical, biochemical, diseases), parameters of intellectual and physical working capacity of children. The methods for studying of the nutrition status of adults and children, including in the organized groups are presented.
